I was worried about not having enough space! We had 17 people coming from Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Georgia. Turns out, the house was extremely spacious (even moreso than the photos showed). Every one of the eight bedrooms had its own bathroom and king size bed. It was clean when we arrived and the host was very responsive. You can tell, though, that the house is currently getting used very heavily. While the cleaning crew is doing an impressive job in-between rentals, there were a few nitpicks that could be addressed with a one or two-day rest. With just a little TLC, this house could go from 5 stars to 5+! And, of course, the beach was amazing. White, sugar-like sands, and clear, emerald water. Overall, a great spot for a large group!

Best beach stay ever! The house was super well-stocked! Even down to the beach chairs, pool floats, lovely matching beach towels, beach toys and umbrella...all the things you can't pack but end up running out to buy!! Bikes were a big plus too!! Host and team were extremely responsive and helpful, as we had many small children to accommodate. We did rent a golf cart, which made the very short haul to the private beach super easy for families to be shuttled! AC is on a schedule so not wasted while away at the beach ..so we definitely were aware to reset it to stay cool. AC worked very well! Entire plan of house and accommodations for families with young children was perfect!
