Our Gulf-Front 3-story townhouse is in the sought-after west end of Panama City Beach. Amazing views, spacious layout, pool, and only steps from the sugar white sand and Emerald Blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Stay ON the beach and enjoy a spacious, updated home. Living area, kitchen, dining, wet bar on first floor with 2 primary king bedrooms on second and third floors. Walk down the balcony stairs to a private beach access. Shared pool with only 5 units.

"VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, WOW. Such a perfect location. Right in the middle of Panama City Beach and Alys and Rosemary Beach. Thirty minutes or less to Seaside. Our favorite part was waking up each morning to the beautiful unobstructed views. Having a cup of coffee on our balcony. Watching the kids play in the sand from the comfort of the home was the cherry on top. We even got to see dolphins! The home was clean, very well stocked with anything you need for a beach day. Our 3-story 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome is directly on the Gulf of Mexico and the magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast. SplashPadPCB sleeps 14 with over 2,500 square feet and two (2) reserved parking spaces. All 4 bedrooms have ensuite baths with a half guest bath on the first floor. Both primary baths offer showers, double vanities, and soaking tubs with views of the Gulf. Hardwood and LVP floors throughout the house with 3 balconies and endless views of sunsets, beach, and emerald waters, our coast is famous for.

-Kitchen. We provide all the basics and then some. Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, double sink, induction stove top, oven, microwave, and island with seating for 5.
-Dining Area. Opens to the kitchen and living space. Seating for 8.
-Wet Bar. With a wine cooler and a Keurig & drip coffee station. Grab your morning coffee or sunset cocktail before heading to the balcony, pool, or beach.
-Living Area. A cozy overstuffed sofa, loveseat, chaise, chairs, and an extra-large smart TV. Books and games for all ages.
-Balcony. Table and chair seating plus a high-top table with polywood Adirondack chairs. The community charcoal BBQ is at the bottom of the stairs.
-Beach & Other Supplies. The 1st floor closet provides: 4-6 beach chairs, corn hole, beach games, beach towels, toys, body boards, and a beach umbrella. Also, a pack n play and a baby chair that attaches to the table.

This 3-Story Townhome was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It looked exactly like the photos and the description posted was 100% accurate. We especially appreciated the Private Beach Access, the Private Pool and the Outdoor Shower. This Townhome was perfectly maintained by Mitch PMI Destin-30A. We would highly recommend staying here! Amazing stay from start to finish! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive, accommodating, and made everything super easy. Great location, comfortable beds, and love that each room had its own bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
