• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college students or minors.

I wanted to start by saying there was a lot we loved about the condo. It was clean, location was great, and the spacious porches were amazing. Management was very responsive and attempted to resolve all our issues. Before arrival management contacted us regarding a small leak in the kitchen informing us there would be a dehumidifier. I was relieved not to find wetness/ moisture upon arrival. However, throughout the stay this caused the floorboard to rise and create a tripping hazard. A crew was sent but they just removed the board so there was a big dip. There was a lingering odor in the primary bathroom. I moved the dehumidifier in there to resolve that. We also kept having issues with watercolor tagging our cars with warnings, despite displaying the tags we were given and parking in the designated area. This was frustrating and worrying about our cars being ticketed or towed was not ideal. Overall, at this price point, I would expect to not have to deal with these sorts of issues.
Accommodations were great! Mitch was very responsive. I would highly recommend!
